At Zawaj Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Returns:
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact us to request a return authorization (RA) number.
• Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number on the package.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Exchange:
• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Contact us to request an exchange authorization (EA) number.
• Once your exchange is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the EA number on the package.
• Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
• If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either refund the difference or charge the additional amount accordingly.
Damage & Defective Item:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

• Items that are stitched cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Items bought at a discount are not returnable or exchangeable.
